      Pros

      I was contracted as 3rd part contractor to conduct activities about support and enhancements to logistics modules (PP/PM/MM/WM and QM). Is a big company to work and peoples are good friends and help when you need.

      Cons

      I left my activities because the employee, owner position come back to Brazil and assume this activities. Nothing cons Henkel as company and friends i did there.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
