      Great balance between a safe and supportive environment while also having the opportunity to be entrepreneurial and go the extra mile. Office culture is great and work hours are very reasonable.

      Cons

      The regional / corporate dynamic can be difficult to navigate sometimes, but the business is making a lot of effort to get better at this.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
