      Henkel values work-life balance here and I felt really welcomed on my first day. The onboarding process was smooth and quick. The work benefits are bountiful and career growth is assured here. I am blessed to be accepted here. It is the best place to be!

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
