      Henkel is a great place to work where culture plays a huge role is shaping the organization. Additionally, there is a huge freedom in terms of ways how you as an employee want to craft your career and shape opportunities.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
