      Excellent career progression and support from management and senior staff to develop. Mentoring available and development plans. Great flexible working for parents and good mat leave payment/leave and support in returning to the workplace.

      Cons

      Can be lengthy processes at times, but all for good reason.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
