      It's in the culture of the company to enhance one's entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills, giving a high level of autonomy to all team members.

      Cons

      An average bad work-life balance due to under-staffed teams together wih low salaries and benefits (despite the high level of responsibility) makes the company not too appealing for middle management
