      Pros

      Work is really engaging, coworkers are very smart and skilled in multiple areas. Managers are really cool and down to earth. Lots to do outside of work. STEM, universities and community engagement activities.

      Provide a better onboarding, mentoring, shadowing for new hires.

      Pros

      My immediate work environment is good. I’ve been able to get certifications paid for by the company. Band 3 benefits are good.

      Cons

      No internal promotion at all, even for those who are qualified and ready. The company is so averse to spending money that your career can stall here when you first start out. My skip level doesn’t seem to actually know what I do on a day to day basis. The leadership structure is constantly changing to the point where I don’t even pay attention to the announcement emails anymore.
