      There are tons of information that you have to manage in a few days, but when you are done, you can enjoy the journey.

      Pros

      The organization has a global scope, so you can learn whatever you want related to HR. Also, being in HR you can understand how the business decisions are taking based on people.

      Cons

      The company needs to enhance the management culture since Leadership team often forgets that the organization is mainly built by people and they are only focused on get results regardless the human factor. Although, the company is global, all the main decision and plans are taken and considered only in the US region, sometime it looks like the other regions are not important for making decision.

      Fellow employees and general staff were great. The location is excellent.

      Cons

      Low Salary, Terrible leadership, Constant rotation, Lots of layoffs, Sexist environment, Foul language in meetings, Low job security, HR never stepped in after various complaints from an entire team.
