They treat you like labor. Not allowed to question management decisions no matter how stupid. No opportunities to grow. They assess your behaviors and not only your results. It is a sect. Stressful environment. Only americans get promoted. So many changes in management it is hard to get recognized for past achievements. They skip you over for promotions. Ungrateful company. Drop of a hat and you are history. Salaries below market value. Not a single raise in 8 years. Their offices smell like real bad. Very few bathrooms for so many people. Constant shortage of running water. Management usually knows less than you do.
