Cons
Inflation increase is subject to performance evaluation. There will be years you don't even get inflation. Not all can be top performers, even if they all do an awesome job, someone has to be labeled as under performer every year even if they do their job right. Lots of new hires in Monterrey, only growth possibilities are horizontal. Limited room to grow to managerial positions. Very few posted to be located in Monterrey. If you get hired with a high salary, say goodbye to annual increases, they turn to a lump sum without any added benefits.
