      Pros

      If you are external and get hired by Honeywell you will get a significant increase in salary. Good benefits (saving fund, SGMM, 30 days christmas bonus, food and groceries cards) Good enviroment

      Cons

      If you are internal or contractor and move to another position the salary increase is minimum. Major medical expense is very limited and expensive compared to others.

      HUGE company trying to stay relevant

      Pros

      This huge company has very solid branding and very interesting products. People is nice, quiet and overall friendly, at least where I am. Harassement and bullying are not tolerated so it's a place you can focus on doing your job right. There's a lot of opportunites inside. Lots of people trying to improve things. Good culture.

      Cons

      Honeywell is so big that it can be a huge city by itself. There are so many different business units that you will be easily overwhelmed. You can be seated next to a person that is not related at all with the products you work on. There are lots of changes in the company, budget stuff and people that have left, but there's also lots of people trying to improve things. I picture Honeywell as a giant trojan horse with lots of people inside it, trying to move everything as fast as they can, but the world already has rockets and space ships. It's very bureaucratic. No parking space for newbies in Mexico City, it's full.

      Money its good when you agree from the beginning HOS can work for you if you taylor it to your needs...

      Cons

      Very difficult leadership to deal with, everyone gets involved to show off, but always covering their back. Lack of team work!!!
