Pros
Flexible work schedule - 2-3 days per week in the office and unlimited PTO was awesome. Interesting Work - lots of different product lines, industries, and marketing strategies. Very open to new ideas and thinking outside the box as long as there was a business reason for it Amazing people - in the Minnesota office at least, everyone was knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind, which made coming to work more rewarding.
Cons
Leadership felt pretty far removed and didn't always understand why or how things were done. They preach "customer first," but I felt that the channel businesses in particular were often neglected and it made supporting the partners more difficult. Leaders also placed a lot of pressure on timelines without understanding the work and roadblocks marketers faced daily to get something launched. Corporate bureaucracy made decision-making really slow and frustrating at times. There wasn't necessarily freedom to "take action" without 5 different approvals to get first.
