Pros
* Flexible work-hours and work from home policy (5 days a month) is a definite plus. * My manager does not sit at the top of my head for deliverables. * Expectations are not unreasonable and difficulties are well understood by the management. * Salary planning is pretty good since there are no variable bonuses etc and we can to an extent configure own salary to maximize tax benefits.
Cons
* Performance evaluation is really bad and to good extent non-professional. Loyalty for your manager pays well and nothing else. * Job assignment practices are also very bad. Only charge-hours matter to most of the managers and nothing else as such. * Nobody cares whether you are satisfied with your work or are making any self improvements or not. * Senior management is often busy in their own world and hardly care to learn what on junior level employees feeling or what problems they might have. Middle level management is a real fad. * Salary as such is poor as compared to other companies except may be management level or selected groups. * Politics in rewards and recognition.
