Lot of emphasis on behaviors of employees, one of the companies that you can trust the CEO is not gonna show up on newspapers in a scandal. A lot of managers support separating social life with work which enables people to keep focused on work stuff while in the office.
Cons
Promotions and jobs seem to be awarded based on connections rather than proven results, Human Resources is not consistent across multiple locations.
