Pros
I previously did my internship in this same company. Although there were challenges, the company really supported me and encouraged me to get a permanent job once I finished my career, few companies support their interns, so I can assure you that the work environment at least in my area is good, all colleagues are friendly and close to each other, that helps to reduce my stress a lot.
Cons
These days, what I see the most is that the systems (non-internal) as vendors and external management platforms have many failures in terms of speed and effectiveness, which makes you work a little slow and more at home, so sometimes it causes stress, due to these problems that indirectly affect your performance.
