      Total respect on the working hours. Fair salary. More vacations than just the official days by law. High opportunities to growth. Professional and understanding leaders.

      Cons

      There are a few departments/areas with a very heavy workload. Moving out from one of them can be difficult.

      Pros

      My immediate work environment is good. I’ve been able to get certifications paid for by the company. Band 3 benefits are good.

      Cons

      No internal promotion at all, even for those who are qualified and ready. The company is so averse to spending money that your career can stall here when you first start out. My skip level doesn’t seem to actually know what I do on a day to day basis. The leadership structure is constantly changing to the point where I don’t even pay attention to the announcement emails anymore.
