Pros
Great exposure to on the ground academic field work and see how randomized controlled trials are conducted in practice. Good opportunity to brush up on Stata skills while managing data flow and good experience to work/live in a developing country.
Cons
Can be a bit overwhelming managing the data flow process in the field. Learning curve is steep and need to be able to learn fast.
