      Pros

      Great management. Great working environment, everyone shares knowledge, flexibility, work and life. Is great, you're given the right tools to perform your job. Room for advancement. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      Nothing negative to say. I work there as a contractor. It was in the later part of my career. If I was young this would be a place I would seek to work at for a career.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
