      Favoritism a little racism people l leave for 6 months or more come back in the same position even though they know they had another job and they came back that wouldn't work out

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
