Like a call centre - Information Developer Johnson Controls Employee Review

In my department, poor processes. Poor management. Poor quality documentation produced. Poor training. Poor support. Centralised production for cost saving but little else. Not information development in a known professional sense. Reminiscent of a large outsourcing operation in the third world.
