Pros
JCI has a great opportunity of exposure and a great opportunity to increase your knowleadge and capacities since we are just 2 resources for the entire headcount of about 250 ee's. On the other hands JCI has average to good benefits.
Cons
work/life balance, salary (at least for my position - almost all others position are well paid), few resources to manage a lot of projects at the same time with all the operationals responsabilities.
