Pros

Good base pay for Management level roles. Some interesting work. Culture of innovation.

Cons

Lack of HR engagement with the majority of employees. Constructive feedback is not welcome. Poor benefits. Angry leadership that manages by fear. No bonus structure, unless you're Director or higher level. Feels like a sinking ship with engineering talent leaving for better opportunities and fair treatment. Top level executives are happy, and giving themselves excessive raises and bonuses.
