Pros
Quality of people you work with - very nice culture generally Not overly demanding compared to many companies these days
Cons
Don't seem to have a clue about who they are, how to get it together or find their value offering in the marketplace Keep trying to reinvent themselves but still aren't getting it. Don't see them as a major player over time due to lack of real leadership vision Very ineffective HR + some very immature and inappropriate leadership Communication is very, very poor
