Safe workplace, with cafeteria, may get to work on few good mechanical projects, might get opportunity to work on patent, leave policy is ok although some managers might demotivate to take leaves.
Cons
HR manager twice told about year end bonus but company has denied to give, Higher management wearing goodwill facade and year on year reap benefits, Project quality is just low, many people just have laidback and gossiping attitude, Long working hours, sometimes 10-11 hrs, No transportation, No food coupons, Mass layoff without trying to accommodate in any other department.
