Pros
Many colleagues - can meet interesting people, hear interesting ideas. Nice working atmosphere, generally no push. Some social package - additional health insurance, discounts for various services - around the average for the industry.
Cons
Not many options to grow. Generally inflexible working time. Some position can require excessive amount of paperwork and bookkeeping. Cumbersome tools in use (version control, issue tracking etc).
