Pros

Because of the size of JCI, there are a lot of opportunities to develop yourself and your career in a lot of different directions. They are a large company that is on the forefront of creating sustainable environments and products & that is an exciting thing to be a part of. There is access to a lot of technology to get your job done effectively.

Cons

Once you're salaried, the expectation is that you work a good bit of OT and are available evenings & weekends frequently. They pay is lower than what you can get for the same work at other organizations and pay raises are minimal. While the company supports personal development & most managers do as well, each manager determines if they are going to spend time or money on development.
