Pros

Good Benefits, professional HR department, Good safety program

Cons

They have tried to become the most sophisticated Facility Maintenance provider in the word and have numerous programs to do it. Problem is everything seems to be based on Excel....gather tons of info...but extracting the information becomes a time consuming endeavor and we all spend our time on the computer and not managing the buildings... Low bidders don't have the staffing necessary to provide such grandiose schemes...

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Cons

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
