      Salary on time Company policies are great, and the department heads are not following those standards.

      Cons

      No work life balance for engineers working at site and not paying for extra hours. Un professional managers leading the team as they are not leaders. Many of the policies are not following by the project head as OT is one of them.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
