      Pros

      It's a job. That's all that can be said about this place. Management is lost. Can't figure anything out. CEO is cheater and still gets 3 million raise.

      Cons

      You work every weekend because management can't figure out how to run. Your pay is based on these same people supplying u with parts. This place is an epic fail. They set your pay and change it everytime they want. Untrustworthy.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
