Pros

Some great people to work with. Some co-workers and leads make this place a little bearable.

Cons

Management is in shambles. Pretends that there is no retaliation or favoritism, but there is through and through. If you know the right people, they'll get you in and you'll enjoy the perks of their position and power. You get a 10 minute break and a 20 minute lunch. They will find ways to screw you out of money and bonuses. They had a luncheon to celebrate a record breaking month and days later, rewarded the same people with layoffs. The HR rep controls alot more than they should. They underpay for the kind of demands they have. Serious lack of sick time available. God forbid you or anyone in your family is sick. You'll get docked for missing days.
