      Honestly i cannot find any. The only pro is our company was bought out by JCI and the workers inside our original company were a pro.

      Underpaid, Corporate Greed, Poor Work/Life Balance, No Empathy, No Humility and Poor Management

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
