Pros

You will be getting free cabs [Not shared ones] Best place to learn how to survive the most toxic environment.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement. You will have to justify every single second of your day and even if there is no such work, you will be asked to generate work by yourself. No recognition to hard-working and skilled employees. Awards and appreciations are for favorites only. Too much politics on all levels of management. There is only Data entry work in the name of Cyber Security. If you're coming here for learning new things, you're going to regret the whole time. You will be forced to work on your off days too and will be questioned for taking sick leaves. The management here believes in QUANTITY but not Quality. From Analyst to Shift Lead, everyone has the exact same responsibility i.e Data Entry work. Payout is the only difference here. Management does not trust their employees. Very unprofessional and bossy people leading the teams who don't know how to behave with their fellow colleagues. Management doesn't value the feedback from their employees and nothing is going to change here.

Pros

You get to work with an awesome, highly resilient group of local peers in the advisory practice. The KPMG brand still holds value, but the internal team dynamics have become incredibly fractured.

Cons

We have outsourced 80%+ of our Risk Advisory work, leaving onshore seniors with massive gaps in their experience. As a manager, I am stuck doing senior-level work because I typically have only one or zero local seniors or associates on my teams. The best leaders have already resigned because this model prevents actual management and mentoring. Also, it might take you 30+ years to become partner in Risk Advisory, if at all.
