Pros
1. Flexibility, once you settle in post compromising your ambitions, it's comfortable. 2. No challenging projects, one could take the excess time for completion.
Cons
1. Not for individuals looking to grow in Technologically. 2. Obsolete systems, infra and project management. 3. Apart from a few exceptions managers are mostly biased, incompetent, and old fashioned just like Indian IT service firms. 4. Too many people VP's in waiting, and most of them turned unproductive over a period of time, lack technical skills hence creating a blockade for juniors to progress as well.
