5yThank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, we take your comments very seriously. Engagement continues to improve at MSCI which impacts positively on our voluntary turnover rate. We are glad you experienced growth opportunities as we encourage our colleagues to own their own career development and explore openings for internal career growth. Other initiatives we have been working at that contribute to reduce turnover are the opportunity to connect with colleagues through different Employee Resources Groups as Women in Tech, Women Leadership Forum, Black Leadership Network, PRIDE, Eco groups; Company Events which provide the opportunity to connect with employees; work life-balance, learning and development sessions, etc.
