Over the past few years MSCI has redesigned its compensation structure with a view to increasing engagement, OneMSCI culture, and proactively linking pay for performance. We also participate in various benchmarking studies from relevant industries and firms that reassures us that we are rewarding people in an appropriate and realistic way. We also strive to support our colleagues in every way we can and encourage employees to contact the local HR if they feel they do not get the support they need.
