      Pros

      Work Life Management and lot to learn if you can get a decent project through politics. If you are below average, then you have higher chances of getting promotion.

      Cons

      MSCI has more EDs and VPs than analysts. One has to constantly watch their back to ensure nobody backstabs them as people management is extremely bad at managing finger pointing and do not acknowledge talented employee's work. Lack of strategy.
