      Pros

      Reasonable salary and overall remuneration package. There are opportunities for those happy to stay and not move from the firm, but with little role changes, or next to no new ideas by way of change in strategies, or options to change tactics.

      Cons

      It wasn’t a great environment. A few negative and cannibalising personalities. A lot of layers for approval, creating many holds on projects.
