Pros
As you would expect, some of the people you work with day to day. The office view is nice for prospective clients and employees, but isn't that the point.
Cons
Don't let the company name fool you, the majority of the work is not agile in any way, The founders of the company are either checked out or simply don't care anymore because they are never around and engage with the people actually generating revenue. They are not a consulting firm. They are a staffing company that only cares about keeping everyone billing no matter how many nights and weekends you put in. Those in current leadership roles are clearly not qualified, pass the buck, blame others to cover their own inadequacies, and do not care about their people as long as they hit their financial numbers. Throwing people food and drinks like some sort of animal behind a cage does not mean you care. From what I can tell they have no real plan for increasing their client base other than to say we are looking to land more enterprise clients. No kidding but that is not a plan. No career or professional develpment of any kind unless you do everything yourself which is not what they said during the interviewing process. They are afraid to push back on clients when they are clearly unreasonable in their expectations because they don't want to deal with it. News flash..... appeasing to everyone actually leads to constantly being run over and not respected.
