Pros

Remote work. Decent salary. HR is competent and friendly.

Cons

Disappointing MX leadership Project instability Null work recognition No flexible schedules (8 to 6 and must send log on and log off emails) 15 days Christmas bonus for MX employees Reeeeeally sensitive about approving PTOs Minimum PTO amount Did I mention YOU HAVE TO SEND OUT A NOTICE OF LOG IN AND LOG OUT...IN 2021? They give you cheap Dell laptops with 4 gigs of RAM. No headsets or mouses. You only hear from your manager when you haven't submitted your timesheet. Which is actually a pro lol.

Pros

Excellent onboarding process. You get to work with people from the whole continent. Great health care insurance. Work-life balance.

Cons

They say that you work for AT but you end up working under a different company name. They supposedly withheld taxes for employees but didn't pay to government. So many employees are having tax issues. Additionally, at the beginning of 2023 they fired +80 people without giving them the compensation required by law. They don't reply emails and they are unreachable by phone.

Pros

Motivus offers a welcoming and supportive work environment, where employees feel valued from day one. The company fosters a collaborative culture and maintains strong relationships with clients, making it a great place to grow professionally.

Cons

One downside is the lack of regular salary adjustments, even for long-term employees. You may start with a competitive salary, but over time it loses value as the cost of living rises and compensation remains flat—making it feel like you're earning less than when you began, despite maintaining the same level of responsibility. Additionally, there’s a recurring sense of instability due to internal issues, and job security can feel fragile—especially if you're without a client for even 1–2 weeks, as bench time may put your position at risk.
