I worked full-time for one year at AgileThought and have nothing but positive things to say. I had the privilege of working with the best and brightest in the industry and the culture there is amazing. Very cool, laid-back but highly professional vibe and lots of opportunities to socialize outside of the workplace. The team spirit and willingness to help each other on a daily basis is off the charts throughout the entire organization. The recruiting team does an outstanding job of ensuring a good cultural fit for every new hire, thus preserving the positive vibes. Strong visionary leadership across the board and phenomenal benefits. AgileThought has received numerous industry awards and high praise from their clients, all of it well deserved.

If you are more inclined to work in large companies, then you probably shouldn't be looking to work in a rapidly growing software development firm.
