      Pros

      The benefits are great, but the collaboration and ability to shape the future of the organization are what keep me here. I love feeling like I can be a part of the future through my voice in what makes this company great and sustainable. The team truly cares about who you are and what makes you, you.

      Cons

      Every company has it's growing pains, and AgileThought is no different. I feel that a truly great place to work is found in the people that come back after voluntarily leaving...and there are many.

      Pros

      I've worked for some very large, global organizations - and have had very good experiences with them - but working for AgileThought has outdone all of them. The corporate culture is unmatched and experience of working for this growing and exciting organization has been fantastic. This is a flat organization and you have access to the founders and executives and they truly let you do your thing and make a difference. I've been here about a year and look forward to what I hope is a long career at AgileThought.

      Cons

      I've had higher salaries in the past but wen you weigh in the quality of life and exceptional benefits they offer, I don't lose much sleep over the wages.

      Pros

      They hire the best talent and choose the best clients to work with! The culture is very family oriented and diverse. Great benefits and the senior executives are accessible for discussion whenever needed. They allow a virtual environment and provide the necessary tools to be successful.

      Cons

      Large clients are beginning to change the fun, people focused culture they have tried so hard to build.
