      It’s better than no job

      Cons

      - No paid overtime - Oncall very often - Lowpay - No mentorship - Being placed in any role without considering background (front end working in devops, backend working in qa) - Told them I was leaving to work in a different company and a certain project and they did everything in their power to affect me

      Pros

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
