      Pros

      The people are nice. I've worked with mean people. I haven't met a single one at AgileThought.

      Cons

      From what I've heard, AgileThought once focused on doing great work and attracting employees. As a side effect they made lots of money. Now they put people in staff augmentation roles with no thought to what sort of work they will do. You're very likely to find yourself stuck debugging some clients' legacy code forever and never actually writing any software.

      Pros

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
