Hard to thing about good things, maybe that in many years the direct deposit was always on time and even a day before if falls in a holiday.
Cons
Pay is below market average, poor management, HR might be tricky to reach and find the right person. Overall the don't care about their employees, poor human values, only care about making the most $ out of you. You can't ask for 1 day of PTO if don't plan 5 weeks in advance which for many days might be find but sometimes unexpected need to take 1 day and no sir! There are some many levels in the chain operation that don't generate money themselves so they need to exploit people who is actually working on a project or assigned to a client resulting in poor salary for the working force and big salaries for management.
