      - Clear career path - Payments always on time - Oportunity to grow - Management always present to resolve any issues

      - As a contractor sometimes works gets really slow depending on the client necessities although this is expected on any company with this work scheme

      Pros

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
