      Pros

      They used to be a really good company. But everything changed after the acquisition

      Cons

      The process to laid you off is cold!!! Just a final meeting to tell you and that's it. No compensation, no severance package. It felt so cold and harsh after many years of service. They made me feel like I was just another number.

      Pros

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
