      Pros

      The good thing about AT is that it offers some benefits and provides opportunities for developers who are starting their careers.

      Cons

      The bad thing is that once you're inside, the organization is very poor, communication is practically non-existent, and you're never sure which project you'll be working on. Sometimes there are no projects at all. If you happen to end up in banking, it's most likely that nobody will pay attention to you, and you'll be fired within a matter of weeks.

      Pros

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
