      Flexibility Possibility to do lot of coding

      Unfortunately, seems that there are no oportunities to keep growing. If you are thinking about joining AT be careful when negotiating your salary since most likely it will stay like that at least for 3 years, no matter how hard you work. Benefits for a México based employee are below of other IT companies. You are said that company pays utilities but un reality there are no utilities.

      There are still some good people there.

      Cons

      Poor financial health, even after the bankruptcy. If you hit the bench, you can expect to lose your job. If you are in the US, you will get ZERO separation compensation. There's lots of talk about doing transformational and innovative work. It's mostly a staff augmentation company.
