Private equity that bought this dumpster fire has miscalculated big time. Existing customers are leaving in droves due to reputational damages, subpar delivery and very weird account management practices. Market is oversaturated with competition to operate like they do. They are bleeding revenue and have to fire a lot of people that were trying to improve this trash bin of a company for "bad performance" when the only ones who are underperforming is CEO and his nepotistic clique. CEO's ONLY sales strategy is to sell offshore engineers to your third cousin, wife, mother in law and neighbors. They are in steep denial to invest in tools and employee's development to operate as a modern sales org. Internal systems is a total mess that takes a lot of time to figure out - quite ironic for the company that specializes in digital transformation.
