Pros
Brand is growing. They are essentially a staffing firm not consulting in the true sense like IBM or Deloitte. Supported me with full time pay for a long time when client workload was light so 5 stars for that support.
Cons
Medical insurance is not great poor 401k matching. Consultants are usually hands off so upper management interaction is minimal. Poor back office support in India for essential functions like payroll and Hr. Questions take weeks for a response some times.
